PRICES AND SHIPMENT 

All prices in this online shop are set in US $ and do not include shipping costs.

Orders are manually processed within business hours Monday - Friday and sent from Indonesia the following business day. 

All orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be sent on the next business day.

After purchase you will receive an order and shipment confirmation email with the shipping number.

All orders are shipped and tracked via EMS POS INDONESIA. Please note in some countries tracking may not be available. 

Postage fees:

 World Wide EXPRESS Shipping   $30 USD ( 5 - 7 business days ), and 

 STANDARD Shipping is FREE of charge ( 2 - 3 weeks ).

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 COTO SWIM is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We also can not guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. 

We also do not refund original or return shipping costs.

NOTE: Postal services do not include signature on delivery

COTO SWIM is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment and they can not be returned or refunded. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information about Duties & Taxes in your country.

Please check carefully if the correct address information has been provided with your initial order. COTO SWIM does not hold responsibility for any orders placed with incorrect addresses.

 RETURN 

COTO SWIM does not offer refunds for purchases made on our online shop unless the item is faulty. 

 We gladly accept returns for exchange ( another size, style or colour) or credit store only on any unworn, unwashed, full - price items within 14 days after delivery date of your order.

 Please email info@cotoswim.com with your order number.

 

 

When returning your item, please note:

  • Original Shopping costs are not refundable
  • All customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment are charged  to customer.
  • All Items must be returned in the original conditions. 
  • All Ittems must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and hygienic liners in place.
  • All sales are final on sale items and are excluded from returns and refunds.

Please note that we also cannot make refunds on your items being out of stock. 

COTO SWIM is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange items.

We also do not hold responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you receaved a faulty Item please contact us immediately at info@cotoswim.com to notify us of damaged items. Swimwear damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS ON SALE ITEMS INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES.
